• • As a Growth Operations Manager at Agent Inc., you will serve as the operational leadership bridge between strategy and client delivery for a growth marketing consultancy that partners with fast-scaling brands using AI, data, and creative strategy.
• • You will own end-to-end production of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, strategic briefs, quarterly business reviews, investment models, and marketing plans, transforming AI-generated intelligence into polished, client-ready materials while managing a direct report and coordinating specialist vendors.
• • Agent Inc. is a growth marketing consultancy acting as a fractional marketing team and strategic advisor for established brands with seven- and eight-figure marketing investments, operating with a high bar for clarity, quality, and strategic thinking.
• • In this role, you will develop editorial judgment, strategic translation skills, and operational leadership experience, with a clear path to senior leadership as the company scales its client portfolio and you ensure zero missed commitments across 4–6 active engagements.
