📋 Description
- • As Manager of Customer Onboarding at Steer Technologies Inc., you will redefine the first 90 days of the customer journey by rebuilding the onboarding process for scale, efficiency, and world-class customer experience, directly impacting retention and Time-to-Value.
- • You will audit and overhaul the current onboarding playbook, lead and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists, partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs, and drive retention by improving CSAT and reducing churn through data-informed decisions.
- • Steer Technologies Inc. is a leader in the automotive repair industry, offering a comprehensive CRM and scheduling platform that helps auto repair shops operate profitably; the company recently acquired AutoOps and is committed to innovation in customer experience and operational efficiency.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in process optimization, cross-functional leadership, and customer lifecycle management while building a high-performing onboarding function that serves as a foundation for long-term customer success and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a leadership or management role within Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success
- • Proven experience reducing onboarding friction or shortening implementation cycles through process optimization
- • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate difficult conversations with Sales or Product teams to improve customer experience
