• • As Director of Professional Services at CaseWare International Inc., you will lead a team responsible for delivering expert implementation, training, and consulting services to clients using CaseWare’s audit and accounting software solutions, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing client value across global markets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the professional services team, overseeing project delivery timelines and quality, collaborating with sales and product teams to align services with client needs, developing service offerings and methodologies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.
