- • As Head of People (Global) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own and operate the full spectrum of human resources across a fast-growing, international organization spanning Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, the UK, and the US.
- • You will personally lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations, while building and scaling systems and a high-quality HR team.
- • You will work closely with founders and senior leaders in a flat, high-performance organization focused on engineering and product excellence, acting as both a trusted advisor and hands-on problem-solver.
- • You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives that support retention, alignment, and execution without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

- • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization
- • Strong hands-on background with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- • Experience managing HR across multiple countries, including local entities, remote employees, and third-party employment structures
- • Solid expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR operations
- • Strong judgment and business acumen for pragmatic decision-making in ambiguous situations
- • High ownership mindset with comfort rolling up sleeves to solve problems directly
