- • As Corporate Counsel at RingCentral, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s high-growth, sales-driven culture by managing legal aspects of cloud-based communications and contact center solutions, ensuring compliance and enabling strategic business initiatives across the UK and EU markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts such as channel partner agreements, sales agreements, and professional service agreements; interfacing with Sales, Finance, and Services teams to optimize go-to-market models; streamlining contract management processes; conducting internal training; and acting as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and business leaders.
- • RingCentral is a $2B annual revenue company with a $93B market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center, and AI-powered solutions, investing over $250M annually in AI-enabled technology. The Legal team supports a fast-paced, innovative environment where integrity, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration are paramount.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in high-tech cloud contracts, strengthen your ability to partner with sales and executive teams, and grow as a trusted advisor who influences business strategy while ensuring legal excellence in a global, remote-first setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a deal/transactional lawyer at a top law firm or leading high-tech/cloud company
- • Direct experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting high-tech cloud-based communications services
- • Strong negotiation and drafting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior leadership
- • Proven ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate as a self-driven team player accountable for timely, exceptional results
