- • Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding processes for new and existing suppliers within IONITY’s charging infrastructure ecosystem, ensuring timely and accurate documentation submission.
- • Maintain and update the supplier database with current contract details, compliance certifications, performance metrics, and contact information across all relevant systems.
- • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (procurement, operations, finance) and external suppliers regarding contract obligations, service level agreements, and performance reporting.
- • Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and flag any deviations or risks to the Supplier Management Lead for escalation and action planning.
- • Assist in the preparation of supplier review meetings, including gathering performance data, compiling reports, and scheduling cross-functional participation.
- • Support the procurement team in evaluating new supplier proposals by collecting required documentation, verifying compliance with company standards, and ensuring alignment with procurement policies.
- • Ensure all supplier-related activities comply with IONITY’s internal policies, data protection regulations (GDPR), and relevant European procurement guidelines.
- • Track and manage supplier contract expiration dates and renewal timelines, initiating reminders and coordinating the renewal process in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- • Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to verify that supplier deliverables meet technical and service standards for EV charging network infrastructure.
- • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly supplier performance summaries to internal stakeholders using standardized templates and reporting tools.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supplier management workflows, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance supplier communication efficiency.
- • Assist in the creation and maintenance of supplier onboarding checklists, templates, and process documentation for consistent application across teams.
- • Respond to internal inquiries regarding supplier status, contract terms, or delivery timelines with accuracy and within defined service windows.
- • Work closely with finance to ensure invoicing accuracy, payment terms alignment, and resolution of discrepancies between supplier invoices and contracted terms.
- • Support audits by providing timely access to supplier records, contracts, and performance data as requested by internal or external auditors.
- • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all supplier data and communications in line with company security protocols.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling mobility infrastructure environment with evolving supplier requirements.
