- • Provides support and service for the Investment Operations function of BMO’s business stakeholders and customers, executing and delivering on investment product and service processes while ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines.
- • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; supports change management activities; functions as a problem-solving resource for junior staff; organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Executes routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within service level agreements; provides accurate and timely processing of transactions in compliance with regulatory and risk controls.
- • Checks and reconciles information and documentation; analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations; identifies and resolves issues or escalates as required; communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
- • Develops and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders; maintains understanding of regulatory requirements and risks; collaborates on development and implementation of new processes/systems and improvements to existing ones.
- • Supports development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results; completes complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits, including handling escalations.
- • Applies BMO’s Risk Management Framework in role execution, making sound, risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy, protecting assets, and adhering to policies, laws, and regulations.
