- • The Order Fulfillment Coordinator at Birch Finance Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of customer orders by supporting the Project Management team with accurate data entry, equipment validation, technician scheduling, and proactive order monitoring. This role directly impacts service delivery timelines and customer satisfaction by maintaining precision in voice, data, and managed services provisioning.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include entering and validating order details in the order management system, confirming telephone number (TN) accuracy against porting documentation, verifying equipment alignment with scope of work and service quotes, editing orders as needed, monitoring LNP status for service activation readiness, proactively tracking order progress to prevent delays, assisting in updating project tracker workbooks, scheduling technicians for voice, data, and managed services activations, and initiating escalations to Operations leadership or internal departments when issues arise.
