- • As the Manager of Customer Success Management for EMEA at Filigran SAS, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and elevating the company’s customer success operations across Europe, directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and long-term strategic growth in a fast-growing cybersecurity leader.
- • You will own and manage the full customer lifecycle for key strategic accounts in Europe — from onboarding and adoption to training, renewal, and expansion — ensuring customers derive maximum value from Filigran’s open-source cyber threat intelligence platforms while building trusted, proactive relationships that drive loyalty and advocacy.
- • In partnership with the VP of Customer Success EMEA and the existing CSM Manager, you will help structure, optimize, and scale the regional CS organization by refining operating models, improving internal playbooks, and establishing best practices to support a growing customer base across diverse industries and geographies.
- • You will recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, fostering professional growth and accountability while driving team performance through coaching, feedback, and alignment with regional and company-wide objectives.
- • You will act as a critical liaison between your CSM team and cross-functional stakeholders — including Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Support Engineers (CSEs), and Customer Platform Architects (CPAs) — ensuring seamless collaboration on escalations, feature feedback, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and product-led growth initiatives.
- • You will collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback and success metrics (including health scores, NPS, adoption rates, and renewal forecasts) to inform product improvements, refine engagement strategies, and demonstrate measurable impact on customer outcomes and business performance.
- • You will deliver technical training sessions and lead customer success missions across Europe, translating complex cybersecurity capabilities into actionable insights for technical and executive stakeholders, thereby deepening product adoption and reinforcing Filigran’s reputation as a trusted security partner.
- • You will contribute to Filigran’s mission of building a more open, resilient, and collaborative global cybersecurity community by championing the company’s CORE values — Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility, and Equity — in every customer interaction and internal initiative.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing Customer Success teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, preferably within cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or enterprise software domains.
- • Demonstrated ability to own and grow strategic customer relationships across Europe, with a track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
- • Strong background in designing and delivering technical training and customer success missions, with comfort engaging both technical and executive audiences.
- • Experience recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and developing high-performing CSM teams, including setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and fostering professional growth.
- • Proficiency in leveraging customer success metrics (e.g., health scores, NPS, churn, expansion revenue) to inform strategy and drive data-informed decisions.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align on customer outcomes and growth opportunities.
