- • Build and maintain backend services using .NET 10 Minimal APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- • Design and implement data solutions using MS SQL Server, including database integration, schema design, and query optimization.
- • Develop and maintain integrations with AWS services, specifically S3, as part of cloud-based application environments.
- • Implement event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka for scalable, asynchronous messaging between systems.
- • Integrate third-party platforms and existing internal enterprise systems through APIs and data services.
- • Collaborate with software architects, mobile developers, and client stakeholders to define technical solutions and deliver production-ready backend systems.
- • Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable, tech-powered backend infrastructure that supports modern customer experience transformation.
- • Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver strategic consulting, advisory services, and contact center analytics solutions for global clients.
- • Ensure all backend systems adhere to industry best practices for security, scalability, and observability.
- • Work within a global technology and services team that leverages data, human-centered design, and advanced technology to drive digital transformation at scale.
- • Support the modernization and simplification of customer interactions through robust, high-performing backend systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend software development
- • Hands-on experience building RESTful services and APIs using .NET 10 / .NET Core and Minimal APIs
- • Strong experience working with MS SQL Server, including database design and query optimization
- • Experience with AWS services, particularly S3, in cloud-based application environments
- • Experience implementing event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Confluent Kafka
- • Experience integrating third-party platforms and enterprise systems through APIs and data services
