- • Develop, test, debug, and maintain production software systems for new and existing features within the SaaS Manager platform, which provides IT leaders with real-time visibility into SaaS usage, spend, governance, and compliance.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure smooth release cycles and alignment on technical requirements and product goals.
- • Participate in planning sessions by identifying major tasks, breaking down work, estimating effort, and creating realistic timelines for feature delivery.
- • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests throughout the development lifecycle to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to security standards.
- • Conduct thorough code reviews for peers to maintain high code quality, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of constructive feedback and accountability.
- • Mentor junior and new team members by providing technical guidance, facilitating pair programming sessions, and helping them understand team processes and expectations.
- • Generate and maintain clear, scalable documentation for codebases, APIs, and development workflows to support long-term maintainability and onboarding.
- • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, particularly in the context of SaaS management and cybersecurity.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the platform following the acquisition of Trelica in early 2025, advancing 1Password’s Extended Access Management strategy.
- • Integrate AI-assisted tools into the development workflow to accelerate code reviews, catch bugs earlier, and improve productivity without compromising security or quality.
- • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex system behaviors into actionable insights for product and business teams.
- • Work within a remote-first, startup-minded team that values collaboration, speed, and impact while preserving a human-centric approach to product and culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in software development
- • Experience with .NET/C# and a strong understanding of the .NET framework and ecosystem
- • Proven experience applying software development best practices and coding standards
- • Demonstrated ability to solve moderately complex technical problems and propose effective solutions
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- • Passion for testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and ensuring high-quality code
