- • As a Partner Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating SonderMind's next phase of growth by driving new client acquisition through our strategic partnerships. This dynamic, cross-functional position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Growth, Analytics, Product, Care Coordination, Customer Success, Billing, and Provider relations, as well as external partner organizations.
- • Your primary objective will be to foster scalable, data-informed growth within our most significant and rapidly expanding partnerships. This role demands a unique blend of operational agility, adept relationship-building, rigorous analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to experimentation. You will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, pinpointing bottlenecks, designing and executing pilot programs, and optimizing workflows to enhance both partner and client experiences.
- • You will be tasked with deciphering performance trends and translating complex data signals into actionable strategies that not only fuel growth in our key partnerships but also continuously refine the client journey. A significant aspect of this role involves hands-on execution, where you will independently manage and iterate on scrappy tests to inform larger strategic investments. - • A core responsibility is to obsessively improve the partner experience by identifying and eliminating friction points throughout the client journey for our strategic partners. You will become the foremost expert on the client experience within these partnerships, serving as the go-to resource for teams seeking to enhance the care journey.
- • You will be accountable for achieving targets related to conversion, client growth, and revenue across strategic partners. This involves acting as both a dedicated owner and a collaborative partner, driving topline growth and conversion metrics through direct action and cross-functional teamwork. You will uncover and pursue high-impact, data-driven growth opportunities by synthesizing performance and funnel metrics, partner feedback, and sound business judgment.
- • Operationalizing our partnerships to ensure they are scalable is crucial. This includes developing dashboards and repeatable reporting processes to provide internal leadership and external partners with clear, at-a-glance insights into partnership health and success metrics. You will be responsible for institutionalizing nascent processes, building a robust and scalable foundation for rapid partner growth.
- • Acting as a connector is vital. You will build and nurture strong relationships with partners to identify new conversion and growth opportunities. Leveraging strong interpersonal skills, you will quickly establish trust both internally and externally, open doors for collaboration, and surface critical insights that lead to smarter, faster execution.
- • You will increase the velocity of data-driven tests by combining strategic thinking with analytical and technical rigor. This involves leading the early-stage design, testing, and implementation of pilots and workflows aimed at enhancing the client experience for our partners.
- • Furthermore, you will unlock new partner growth levers by identifying opportunities through market sizing, light financial modeling, and comprehensive data analysis.
- • Success in this role is defined by tangible impact: by month one, you will be actively monitoring core performance indicators; by month two, you will be collaborating cross-functionally to surface insights and iterating on early initiatives; by month three, your initiatives will demonstrate measurable impact and be scaling; and by month six, you will be the recognized expert for your accounts, having operationalized processes that elevate our partner growth playbook and contribute significantly to our strategic partners' success.
- • We also expect all team members to effectively leverage modern AI technologies in their daily workflows, adapting to new tools as they emerge. Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other industry-standard AI productivity tools is considered essential for success.
