- • The Field Marketing Manager - North America role supports the development and execution of regional marketing programs that drive engagement, generate qualified pipeline, and support regional growth objectives for i2 Group, a division of Harris Computer Systems Corporation.
- • Day to day responsibilities include supporting regional demand generation through integrated marketing campaigns, executing account-based marketing initiatives, planning and delivering regional events, aligning with sales and partner teams, monitoring campaign performance, and engaging customers and market stakeholders to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- • The role is part of i2 Group, which develops intelligence analysis software for public safety, defence, fraud, and financial crimes, operating as a Harris Computer company within Constellation Software Inc.’s mission-critical software portfolio serving public sector clients across North America.
- • The person in this role can learn to execute global-to-local marketing strategies, deepen expertise in B2B technology marketing, strengthen sales and partner collaboration, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth while working remotely with occasional travel across North America and internationally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, software, or data-driven environments
- • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and regional marketing programs
- • Experience with field marketing activities including events and customer engagement initiatives
- • Familiarity with demand generation and account-based marketing approaches
- • Experience working with sales teams in a commercial environment
- • Strong organisational and project management skills
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills
- • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is desirable
