- • As an Intern, Research Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions at Harris Healthcare, you will play a critical role supporting the M&A team by qualifying prospects, conducting market research, managing data quality, and identifying carve-out opportunities, and mapping advisors, and analyzing third-party data sources—g0% of your time focused on healthcare software M&A transactions through due diligence support, and assisting with financial modeling and investment memos—gaining hands-on experience in one of the world’s most active software acquirers.
- • Day to day, you will screen prospects using investment profiles, deconstruct multinational corporations for carve-out opportunities, monitor and maintain CRM data quality, conduct market research in new verticals and geographies, map M&A advisors, identify third-party data sources, and support due diligence efforts including market, contract, and financial analysis for multi-scenario financial modeling and investment memo preparation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or an MBA
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with comfort manipulating big data from multiple sources
- • Track record of inquisitiveness and curiosity
- • Ability to work remotely with preference for EST or CST timezone availability
- • Willingness to adopt and leverage AI tools (copilots, chat assistants, automation) while maintaining judgment, security, and compliance
