- • As a Product Owner at Cayenta, you will drive the development of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, serving as the critical link between users and development teams to ensure every sprint delivers meaningful value to finance, HR, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and project management professionals.
- • You will own and prioritize the product backlog, decompose features into user stories, write acceptance criteria, attend daily stand-ups, facilitate sprint reviews, and act as the primary point of contact for scope and prioritization questions during development cycles.
- • You will join the Product Management team, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, QA, professional services, customer support, and sales to build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure usability is embedded in every feature.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Agile methodologies, gain hands-on experience translating complex operational workflows into actionable product requirements, and develop the ability to influence stakeholders through data-informed decision-making and clear communication of technical and business trade-offs.
