- • As an SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant, you will take ownership of finance and controlling projects, driving impactful solutions from analysis to implementation while working closely with clients to deliver measurable business value.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing financial and controlling processes, designing and implementing SAP FI/CO solutions in S/4HANA environments, providing expert guidance in your domain, and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to internal knowledge development.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance modules, lead client-facing initiatives, strengthen your advisory and communication skills, and grow into a trusted expert through mentorship, training, and hands-on project ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, preferably within larger S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
- • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, especially in finance and accounting departments
- • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess, design, and optimize financial and controlling processes
- • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment, demonstrating ownership and solution-oriented thinking
- • Familiarity with end-to-end SAP finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling modules
- • Willingness to take responsibility, drive topics independently, and act as a trusted advisor to clients
