We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our fast-growing company, working closely with our Financial Controller and CFO.
• As a Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. This includes the critical task of collecting, meticulously verifying, and accurately processing all incoming supplier invoices. Your attention to detail will ensure that each invoice is correctly documented and prepared for entry into our accounting system, laying the groundwork for precise financial record-keeping.
• A significant part of your role will involve managing bank feeds and payment activities. You will diligently monitor automated bank feeds, proactively identifying any missing receipts or unmatched transactions. Your ability to follow up effectively with internal teams to secure necessary documentation will be key to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. You will also play a vital role in preparing payment batches, ensuring all necessary information is present and accurate before they are submitted to the CFO for review and approval, thereby facilitating smooth and timely financial transactions.
• Reconciliation and control activities are central to this position. You will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts payable balances are accurately reconciled within our accounting system. This involves identifying and highlighting any discrepancies, and diligently following up to ensure their prompt resolution. Your support will also extend to assisting with essential month-end AP checks, contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the company.
• Furthermore, you will serve as a key operational contact for bank compliance and documentation requests. This requires clear and concise communication, as you will be responsible for supporting timely responses to various queries, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requests, as well as other bank-related inquiries. Your role will help ensure EverAI maintains strong relationships with its financial institutions and adheres to all regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and online banking portals.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities and extreme attention to detail.
• Experience operating in fast-growing startup environments and comfort with multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
