• • To support our expanding operations and increasing impact, we are actively seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented Accounting Senior Analyst to become an integral part of our team. This role is pivotal in bolstering our accounting operations and compliance efforts, with a significant emphasis on financial reporting accuracy, robust internal controls, meticulous reconciliations, precise revenue recognition, and efficient tax coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and exhibit the capacity to excel within a fast-paced, cross-functional business environment. This critical position will report directly to our Accounting Lead.

• • In this role, you will be entrusted with managing core accounting processes with a high degree of autonomy and independence. A key responsibility will be to implement, maintain, and continuously enhance accounting controls over our financial statements, ensuring unwavering accuracy and strict adherence to US GAAP. You will also be tasked with driving process improvements to streamline workflows and elevate operational efficiency across the accounting function.
• • Your scope of responsibilities is ambitious, with accounting support being your primary domain. To achieve excellence in these areas, you will need to proactively and autonomously leverage internal and external resources, applying sound judgment. This includes the critical skill of communicating succinctly and positively, and knowing when to involve colleagues to ensure collective success. Your daily tasks will be diverse and will typically encompass:
• • Managing the complete end-to-end accounting cycle, including precise monthly revenue recognition, accruals, and expense allocations.
• • Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of both month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• • Overseeing and executing comprehensive monthly account reconciliations, with a focus on promptly investigating and resolving any identified variances.
• • Preparing and meticulously reviewing journal entries, ensuring all entries are properly documented and compliant with established standards.
• • Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing robust accounting controls across the balance sheet and P&L to guarantee accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• • Coordinating tax filings and related activities in close partnership with our external tax advisors.
• • Collaborating closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure seamless alignment of financial data and reporting.
• • Partnering effectively with various cross-functional teams to validate accounting data, proactively identify discrepancies, and diligently maintain overall data integrity.
• • Supporting the preparation of critical financial statements and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
• • Preparing essential broker-dealer regulatory reporting and fulfilling external audit requirements.
• • Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline existing processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall accuracy.
• • Developing and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all key accounting workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
