  • • As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager at Siro, you will be at the forefront of transforming how field sales teams operate, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to drive significant business impact. You will own the entire customer lifecycle post-sale, from initial onboarding and deep adoption to ensuring sustained success and long-term value realization for our enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in acting as a catalyst for change, guiding organizations through the adoption of AI-first software and embedding Siro into the fabric of their sales operations.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture strong, trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across large, complex organizations. This involves understanding their unique sales challenges, business objectives, and operational workflows to strategically position Siro as an indispensable tool. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and proactive engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to train and coach client teams through the often-complex change management process associated with implementing AI-driven solutions. This requires not only a deep understanding of our product but also the ability to articulate its value proposition effectively, address concerns, and foster enthusiasm for new ways of working. You will empower users to embrace the technology and realize its full potential, driving adoption and ultimately, improved performance.
  • • You will be responsible for managing medium to large-scale customer projects, typically representing 6-7 figure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) engagements. This end-to-end project management includes defining project scope, setting clear milestones, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery from the initial post-sale touchpoint through to renewal. Your ability to orchestrate complex deployments will be critical to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • • Developing deep technical expertise in the practical, real-world applications of Large Language Models (LLMs) within the sales context is essential. You will explore and articulate the enterprise value of Siro, identifying unique and creative strategies to optimize its impact for large organizations. This involves staying abreast of AI advancements and translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
  • • You will act as a vital bridge between our customers and our internal teams. By gathering feedback, identifying trends, and understanding customer needs, you will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Marketing to inform product development, refine our go-to-market strategies, and drive the overall growth and evolution of Siro. Your insights will directly contribute to pushing our business forward.
  • • Success in this role means not only ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes but also becoming a trusted advisor who can identify opportunities for expansion and deeper integration. You will be instrumental in documenting best practices and developing playbooks that can be leveraged by the wider Customer Success team, contributing to scalable and repeatable success.

  • • Ultimately, you will be a key architect of change, helping leading brands in home-improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive sectors redefine their field sales strategies and achieve unprecedented levels of performance through intelligent human-AI collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 4 years of client-facing experience with full ownership of customer outcomes, such as in B2B Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management roles.
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences from individual sellers to Fortune 1000 executives, and adept at synthesizing and articulating data visually and verbally.
  • • Proven track record of successfully managing software deployments across multiple teams and stakeholders, meeting project deadlines, and driving successful adoption and measurable results for customers.
  • • High degree of agency and proactivity; comfortable developing points of view, taking initiative, and demonstrating an owner's mentality in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time to work with customers in-person.
