  • • As a Technical Success Manager at Stainless, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of our most critical and strategic customers. This pivotal role involves cultivating and deepening relationships with industry-leading organizations such as Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Your primary objective will be to empower these clients to achieve outstanding outcomes and maximize their value from the Stainless platform.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for these high-profile accounts. This requires a unique blend of deep technical acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex technical landscapes and build lasting partnerships.
  • • A core responsibility will be the meticulous investigation, triage, and resolution of sophisticated technical issues. This will involve close collaboration with our internal engineering, product, and support teams, ensuring seamless communication and swift problem-solving.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing escalations with grace and professionalism, ensuring that customers feel heard, understood, and that their critical issues are addressed with the utmost urgency and efficiency.
  • • The role demands exceptional organizational skills to track and manage dozens of customer requests, technical issues, and strategic initiatives across multiple accounts simultaneously. Maintaining clarity and order will be paramount to delivering consistent, high-quality service.

  • • You will act as a bridge between the technical capabilities of Stainless and the strategic business objectives of our customers, ensuring alignment and mutual success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or Technical Support Engineering.
  • • Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, enabling credible engagement with senior engineers.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with technical stakeholders at enterprise-level organizations.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex workstreams, issues, and customer requests simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • • Proficient in technical troubleshooting, with a methodical approach to investigating and resolving complex technical problems.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, managing difficult situations with empathy and effective problem-solving.
