đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end relationship with Joint Staff and Combatant Command planning directorates, serving as the single point of accountability for platform adoption, user satisfaction, and strategic expansion across your assigned region.
- • Orchestrate high-impact engagements ranging from one-on-one coaching sessions with action officers to multi-day flag-level briefings, ensuring every touchpoint accelerates user confidence and workflow integration.
- • Plan and execute participation in major military exercises (e.g., INDOPACOM Talisman Sabre, EUCOM Austere Challenge), embedding yourself alongside planners to capture real-time friction points, translate them into product requirements, and deliver rapid fixes that turn skeptics into champions.
- • Build and maintain a living map of decision-makers, influencers, and power users across echelons—from O-4/O-5 division chiefs to O-10 Joint Staff principals—then craft tailored influence campaigns that move entire directorates from pilot to full-scale saturation.
- • Design and deliver blended learning experiences that combine instructor-led training, self-paced modules, and scenario-based workshops; measure effectiveness through adoption KPIs, user proficiency scores, and mission-impact anecdotes that resonate with senior leadership.
- • Translate battlefield feedback into crisp, prioritized user stories for engineering and product teams; participate in sprint reviews, validate fixes in the field, and close the loop with customers to demonstrate continuous improvement.
- • Serve as the face of the company at partner-nation events, security cooperation forums, and bilateral planning conferences, identifying opportunities to extend the platform’s reach to allied joint staffs while navigating foreign disclosure and interoperability constraints.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to craft account expansion strategies, renewal roadmaps, and executive-level business reviews that quantify mission value and secure long-term commitments.
- • Maintain expert-level proficiency in the platform’s AI planning tools, customizable dashboards, and collaborative workspaces; become the go-to resource for advanced use cases, integration workflows, and emerging feature sets.
- • Champion a culture of servant leadership and mission-first thinking across the 180-person company, mentoring junior engagement managers and sharing field insights that shape company-wide playbooks and best practices.
- • Travel up to 40 %, often on short notice, to CONUS and OCONUS locations including combatant command headquarters, component commands, and allied joint operations centers; manage logistics, clearances, and stakeholder calendars to ensure flawless execution.
- • Track and report on adoption metrics, user sentiment, and strategic risks through Salesforce, Tableau, and bespoke dashboards; present findings weekly to the VP of Customer Success and quarterly to the executive team.
- • Contribute to proposal development, white-paper authoring, and capture planning for new defense contracts, leveraging your credibility and customer intimacy to differentiate the platform in competitive procurements.
- • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, security, and operational security (OPSEC) in every interaction, ensuring that classified discussions, proprietary data, and sensitive mission details are safeguarded at all times.
