  • • The Senior Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of DoiT International’s global Customer and Partner Success team, responsible for owning a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and driving the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion, ensuring retention, risk mitigation, and quantifiable business value through proactive engagement and strategic advisory.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing customer relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects), delivering rapid time to first value through training and enablement on DoiT Cloud Intelligence™, identifying and mitigating customer risks using health scores and usage data, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineering and Account Management teams on cost optimization and expansion opportunities, maintaining accurate Customer 360 records, and contributing to internal CS process improvements and knowledge sharing.
  • • DoiT International is a global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions, partnering with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to help over 4,000 customers worldwide achieve scalable, well-architected cloud operations through its DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform, which combines advanced technology with human expertise in areas like Kubernetes, GenAI, and FinOps.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in cloud financial operations (FinOps), strengthen strategic advisory and relationship management skills, gain exposure to multicloud technologies and customer use cases, and grow professionally through ownership of high-impact accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence product feedback and customer advocacy initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
  • • 3+ years of hands-on experience with a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • • Native Hebrew speaker with professional fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • • Experience with Customer Success tools such as Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero
  • • Proven ability to drive success plans, achieve customer targets, and manage account portfolios with accountability and organization
  • • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and analyzing customer use cases to deliver strategic value
