- • Lead a backend/platform engineering team responsible for powering SentiLink’s core identity and risk solutions, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- • Drive execution, technical direction, and team growth while contributing hands-on to architecture, code, and complex problem-solving in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
- • Partner with product, data science, infrastructure, and front-end teams to translate requirements into robust backend systems and productionize decisioning workflows.
- • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and maintaining high standards for code quality and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of engineering management experience leading backend or platform teams
- • Strong background as a senior or staff-level backend engineer
- • Deep experience building API-driven systems using Golang, Python, or similar
- • Experience owning and evolving backend architecture in production environments
- • Track record of shipping complex, customer-facing or platform systems
- • Comfortable leading technical discussions and diving into implementation details
