📋 Description

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Deel, you will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a global payroll and HR platform used by millions across 150+ countries, directly enabling scalable, compliant, and inclusive global work.
• Day to day, you will build responsive web applications with TypeScript, React, and Express; design server-side APIs and data models; create reusable components; optimize Postgres database interactions; write tests; participate in code reviews; and collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• You will join a distributed, innovative team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, working within a remote-first culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning at the forefront of the future of work.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack SaaS development, contribute to systems handling $11.2B in annual payouts, and grow into a technical leader shaping global workforce infrastructure at a $17.3B-valued company with $1B ARR.
