(Senior) Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• • As a (Senior) Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager at Bunch Technologies, you will take ownership of fund accounting and investor reporting for selected VC/PE funds, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery in line with Invest Europe standards. Your role goes beyond number-crunching — you will build transparency and trust among fund managers, LPs, and investment teams by making fund performance visible and reliable.
• • Day to day, you will prepare accurate investor reports including performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVP), NAV, and carried interest calculations; prepare annual financial statements with notes; coordinate with auditors; conduct accounting data reviews, reconciliations, and valuation checks; support portfolio valuations and waterfall calculations; collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate processes; and communicate proactively with GPs, LPs, and internal teams on operations, tax, and technical matters.
