• • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (MSAs, reseller/partner agreements, DPAs, public sector contracts); lead high-value technology transactions end-to-end; serve as strategic legal partner to sales, product, and compliance teams; independently manage high-volume deals; design scalable legal processes; interpret evolving AI, data privacy, and government contracting regulations; provide actionable legal guidance; build cross-functional relationships; support public sector expansion; manage outside counsel.
