📋 Description
- • Corporate Counsel – Commercial Contracts (B2B SaaS) role at Prompt, Inc. is critical to supporting the company’s rapid growth in the healthcare technology space by managing legal risk and enabling efficient contracting processes for B2B SaaS agreements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements, NDAs, BAAs, and partner/reseller agreements; collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams; advising on contract interpretation and compliance; maintaining contract templates and playbooks; supporting legal operations; and staying current on legal developments in SaaS, data privacy, and healthcare regulations.
- • Prompt is a fast-growing leader in therapy EMR software, dedicated to transforming rehab therapy through automation and modern technology, with a mission to improve patient care, reduce environmental waste, and modernize a paper-heavy industry.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare SaaS contracting, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, influence business outcomes through strategic legal guidance, and grow as a trusted advisor in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law
- • 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in technology or healthcare SaaS
- • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with limited oversight
