📋 Description

• As Senior Manager, People Partner - GTM at Legora, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CRO and global revenue leadership, shaping the people agenda for a high-growth B2B SaaS organization scaling from 400 to 800+ employees across the US, Europe, and APAC.
• You will own org design, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and complex employee relations matters, acting as the primary link between the revenue function and the wider People organisation while driving accountability and high-performance culture.
• Legora is an AI-native legal tech company redefining how legal work gets done, trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, with $100M+ ARR and rapid global expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.
• You will build management capability from scratch, coach first-time leaders operating at scale, set and hold performance bars, and shape organisational health in real time — turning people strategy into measurable business outcomes for a mission-driven, high-standards culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role with meaningful experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environments
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leadership, fluent in pipeline, quota, territory design, and headcount ratios
• Deep experience across the full people agenda: org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change at pace
• Comfort building from scratch with a strong bias toward action — creating structure where none exists and moving without waiting for perfect conditions
• Solid working knowledge of New York employment law; multi-jurisdictional experience across the US and EMEA is a practical advantage
• Motivated by building high-performance cultures where hiring bar, performance, and accountability are treated as business priorities
