📋 Description

• As a Senior People Partner for Finance at Legora, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and finance leadership, shaping the people agenda for a high-growth, global finance function that underpins the company’s rapid scaling and innovation in AI-powered legal technology.
• Day to day, you will own global people strategy for finance including org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, performance management, leadership coaching, complex employee relations, and acting as the primary liaison between finance and the wider People organisation on talent acquisition, rewards, and people tech initiatives.
• Legora is a fast-scaling AI-native legal tech company with $100M+ ARR, 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, and teams across North America, Europe, and APAC, backed by world-class investors and partnerships, operating with a culture of ownership, excellence, and collective growth.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling finance functions in high-growth tech environments, sharpen your ability to influence senior leaders on business-critical people decisions, and drive organisational health and performance amid rapid global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior HRBP or People Partner experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior finance or operational leaders
• Deep expertise in org design, performance management, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change
• Comfort building structure from scratch with a bias toward action in ambiguous environments
• Solid working knowledge of New York employment law; multi-jurisdictional US/EMEA experience advantageous
