- • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives across Kraken’s energy management platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for sustainable energy systems.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and customer success to define, prioritize, and execute AI-powered features in customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.
- • Drive the adoption of advanced AI technologies to optimize renewable energy generation, enhance grid intelligence, and improve utility customer experiences through data-driven insights and automation.
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives, measuring impact on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainability outcomes.
- • Translate complex technical requirements from engineering and data teams into clear, actionable roadmaps for stakeholders across business units and global markets.
- • Manage timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent AI transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality or compliance.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including utility partners and regulatory bodies, to communicate progress, risks, and value propositions of AI-driven energy solutions.
- • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for cost reduction, energy forecasting accuracy, demand response optimization, and personalized customer engagement across diverse utility markets.
- • Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and industry regulations governing energy data and customer interactions.
- • Conduct regular reviews of AI model performance, feedback loops, and user behavior to inform iterative improvements and scalability planning for global deployment.
- • Champion a culture of innovation by fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and customer teams to continuously refine Kraken’s operating system for energy.
- • Represent Kraken in industry forums and client engagements, articulating the vision and impact of AI-powered energy transformation to external partners and prospects.
- • Maintain deep awareness of emerging trends in AI, renewable energy technologies, and utility digital transformation to ensure Kraken’s platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- • Support the scaling of Kraken’s platform across international markets by adapting AI solutions to regional regulatory frameworks, energy market structures, and customer expectations.
- • Document processes, outcomes, and lessons learned from AI transformation projects to build institutional knowledge and enable replication across new geographies and use cases.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing AI or machine learning product initiatives in a technology-driven industry
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex software platforms with AI components
- • Strong understanding of energy industry dynamics, including grid operations, renewable generation, or utility customer systems
- • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
