- • The Senior Product Manager owns Baldwin Technology Company Inc.'s unified digital experience products for clients, employers, and employees across all segments, driving strategic alignment between technology, business, and user experience to deliver real value.
- • Day to day, the role involves executing product vision and strategy, conducting discovery and experimentation through A/B testing and user feedback, developing and prioritizing roadmaps, leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams, managing stakeholder communication, and owning product KPIs to iterate and improve offerings.

- • In this role, the person will learn to lead product innovation in a regulated financial services context, deepen expertise in AI-assisted product features and data-driven decision making, and achieve measurable impact by driving portal activation and user engagement across multi-segment digital platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of proven experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years building external-facing client or consumer digital products in financial services, insurance, benefits administration, wealth management, or comparable regulated advisory services
- • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy for an external digital product where the user has no internal obligation to adopt
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and platform/infrastructure teams
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate, and deliver feedback
- • Ability to analyze data, external user feedback, portal engagement metrics, and segment-level performance data to inform product decisions
- • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic teams with a small, high-leverage team structure (2–3 FTEs) where AI tooling materially expands individual throughput
- • Demonstrated AI fluency — specifically, experience designing or evaluating AI-assisted product features where outputs are client-visible, with ability to define human-in-the-loop guardrails and communicate AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders
