- • Junior Engineer, NPI Engineering role at Semtech Corporation supports the Asia Engineering Team in Taiwan, focusing on Signal Integrity Products, LoRa, CAP, and Force-Touch Sensing solutions. This position is critical for ensuring product reliability and performance during new product introduction phases in a dynamic semiconductor environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in creating and updating ATE Test solutions, reviewing hardware schematics, participating in test planning and strategy discussions, engaging in code reviews with cross-functional teams, debugging bring-up and pre-production test issues, executing test data gathering, performing data analysis (repeatability, GRR, Trial Run), and contributing to continuous improvement of test development processes while documenting best practices.
- • The role is based within Semtech’s Asia Engineering Team in Taiwan, working collaboratively with engineers across functions to support high-performance signal integrity and Force-Touch sensing product development. The team operates in a fast-paced, innovation-driven semiconductor environment focused on cutting-edge sensing and connectivity technologies.
- • The engineer will gain hands-on experience in hardware and test program qualifications, debug processes, and collaborative product development. They will develop technical expertise in ATE testing, data analysis, and semiconductor test engineering practices, building a strong foundation for a career in test or manufacturing engineering within the semiconductor industry.
