- • The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Oncology plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials across oncology studies, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, and ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
- • The role involves proactive query resolution, site staff training, audit readiness support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including sponsors, medical science liaisons, and central monitoring associates to maintain trial quality and timelines.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Demonstrated knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
- • Strong computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
