  • • As a Senior Programmatic Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of major client accounts within a rapidly growing programmatic advertising division, leveraging your expertise to optimize campaign performance and shape data-driven strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • • You will report directly to the Programmatic Director and operate within a 14-month contractual role, where your contributions will directly influence the strategic direction and growth of the programmatic practice in Singapore and beyond.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms such as DV360, CM360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk by refining bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative execution to maximize ROI for clients.
  • • You will develop actionable insights from campaign data, attribution modelling, and third-party analytics to inform client media strategies and support business development efforts in identifying and pitching to prospective clients.
  • • You will serve as a key client liaison, managing relationships through written, verbal, and in-person communication, ensuring transparency, alignment on goals, and timely delivery of performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and media teams to build holistic advertiser solutions that integrate programmatic with other digital channels, ensuring cohesive and innovative campaign execution.
  • • You will interpret complex attribution models and analytics data to assess channel effectiveness, guide media allocation decisions, and advise on deal economics and investment strategies.
  • • You will mentor and upskill junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices as the programmatic team expands, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of hands-on experience in display and programmatic advertising within an agency setting, with proven success in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple DSPs.
  • • Deep expertise in Google Marketing Platform, particularly DV360 and CM360, including advanced campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
  • • Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization to derive insights from large datasets.
  • • Demonstrated ability to interpret attribution modelling and third-party analytics to inform media strategy and client recommendations.
  • • Excellent business writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional documents and present complex ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • • Proven interpersonal skills in listening, consulting, and influencing, with experience collaborating across teams and managing client relationships.
  • • Experience with additional DSPs such as Amazon DSP or The Trade Desk is preferred.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
