- • As a Senior Meta Strategist (Remote Canada) at Directive Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial client-facing role responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders on executing Paid Social deliverables. This role matters because it directly contributes to driving real business results for B2B brands through Directive’s DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology, which aligns brand and demand to guide ideal customer profiles toward choosing the client across every decision point.
- • Day to day, you will oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts, serve as direct support to client contacts, communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality, build quarterly client strategies, create and optimize paid media budgets, deeply understand client positioning and value propositions, confirm lead routing accuracy in CRM, manage personal productivity and utilization, work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals, understand Programmatic campaign value, drive cross-sells and upsells via client relationships, and execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.

- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in building high-performing Paid strategies for B2B businesses across key verticals, refine your ability to translate data into compelling stories, strengthen your analytical and strategic decision-making skills, grow your expertise in audience segmentation and campaign optimization, and develop leadership in managing mid-market and enterprise accounts while contributing to client retention, renewals, and service expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
- • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads
- • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more
- • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions
- • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
