- • As the Creative Lead for Lifecycle & Organic Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional messaging into emotionally resonant, relationship-driven communication that builds trust and long-term customer loyalty in the car ownership space.
- • Day to day, you will personally write and refine email sequences, SMS campaigns, in-app copy, push notifications, and social media content; collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to align messaging with user pain points; and engage directly with customers on platforms like Reddit to inform tone and strategy.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing startup that has scaled to 5M users and $240M+ in funding by building an AI-powered super app that simplifies car ownership; the company values analytical rigor but now seeks to balance it with human-centered brand storytelling.
- • In this role, you will build the brand’s tone of voice from scratch, shape how millions of customers perceive and interact with Jerry.ai, and develop expertise in translating complex, stressful topics (insurance, repairs, financing) into empathetic, engaging copy that drives retention and organic growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
- • Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
- • Experience working with consumer brands
- • A portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft
- • Bachelor's Degree
