📋 Description

• Lead and develop a global team of G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm, setting the standard for corporate hiring practices in a high-growth environment.
• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for General & Administrative functions including Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Technology, partnering directly with the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO.
• Build and maintain consistent hiring processes and performance metrics across two distinct talent markets: the US and Europe, adapting strategies to regional norms and talent availability.
• Establish pipeline discipline, reporting frameworks, and data-driven KPIs to provide stakeholders with transparent, real-time visibility into hiring progress across all corporate functions.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations and broader TA leadership to design and implement tooling, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives that scale with company growth.
• Manage managers and be accountable for team output, performance, and development, ensuring high standards are upheld under pressure and evolving business needs.
• Maintain an unwavering hiring bar—adjusting tactics, not standards—when searches become challenging or competitive.
• Partner with senior leaders who have strong, well-defined expectations for their functions, earning credibility through direct, ego-free feedback and outcome-driven results.
• Drive consistency in candidate experience and hiring quality across geographies while respecting cultural and legal differences in employment practices.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, bringing data-backed insights and proactive recommendations to shape workforce planning and functional growth.
• Contribute to the scaling of Legora’s corporate infrastructure as the company expands toward 1,500 employees across 50+ countries.
• Work in-person from the Union Square, New York City office with daily company-provided lunch.
• Engage in global collaboration with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

🎯 Requirements

• Meaningful experience leading G&A or corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company, covering multiple functions rather than a single discipline.
• Proven track record of managing managers and building teams, not just running a recruitment desk.
• Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior executives including CFOs, General Counsels, and CIOs.
• Experience navigating and building recruitment strategies across both US and European talent markets.
• Data-driven approach to function management: setting targets, tracking performance metrics, and using insights to improve outcomes.
