• • Architect and deliver high-performance, low-latency Java microservices that power mission-critical applications for Fortune-500 clients across Latin America and the United States. You will own the full lifecycle—from whiteboard sketches to production deployment—ensuring every line of code meets the highest standards of scalability, security, and maintainability.
• • Drive clean-code excellence by practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD), rigorous peer reviews, and automated static analysis. Your daily decisions will directly influence system reliability, user experience, and the long-term technical health of products used by millions of end-users.
• • Collaborate in real time with distributed, cross-functional squads that span Argentina, Mexico, and the U.S. You will participate in architecture guilds, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared ownership.
• • Automate everything that can be automated: CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, performance monitoring, and security scanning. You will help evolve our GitHub Actions–based workflows and champion Infrastructure-as-Code best practices to shrink lead time from commit to production.
• • Optimize and refactor legacy monoliths into resilient, event-driven microservice ecosystems. Expect to work with Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, and AWS to reduce latency, cut cloud costs, and enable rapid feature experimentation.
• • Contribute to the strategic technology roadmap by evaluating emerging tools, proposing architectural improvements, and running proof-of-concepts that keep Coderio at the forefront of backend innovation.
• • Engage directly with product managers and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. Your ability to communicate trade-offs and timelines will be as important as your coding prowess.
• • Champion observability and reliability: define SLIs/SLOs, implement distributed tracing, and build self-healing systems that recover gracefully under load spikes and regional outages.
• • Participate in blameless post-mortems and iterative retrospectives, turning incidents and feedback loops into actionable improvements that raise the bar for the entire engineering organization.
