• • Vanta is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager to spearhead our channel partnership efforts in the crucial EMEA region, with a specific focus on the French market. This is a foundational role, offering a unique opportunity to shape and grow Vanta's presence through strategic alliances. As the founding Channel Manager for France, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and expansion of Vanta's innovative Trust Management Platform by empowering our partners to effectively sell and deploy our solutions.
• • In this pivotal position within Vanta’s Partnerships team, you will directly contribute to our overarching mission of securing every technology company. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture a robust network of channel partners, including service-oriented and sales-oriented entities, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional guidance and enablement to their clients when going to market with Vanta. This involves a dual approach: fostering strong one-to-one relationships with key strategic partners across France while simultaneously implementing a scalable one-to-many strategy to maximize reach and impact across the broader regional partner ecosystem.
• • A core aspect of your role will be to generate net new pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for the French market. This will be achieved through proactive engagement with your assigned book of channel partners, identifying opportunities, and collaborating closely with Vanta's Account Executives to ensure successful deal closures. Your ability to manage your pipeline effectively, forecast accurately, and maintain strong communication channels with both partners and internal sales teams will be critical to your success.
• • Beyond driving revenue, you will play a key role in enabling and building strong, lasting relationships with existing Vanta partners. This includes understanding their business objectives, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to become proficient Vanta advocates, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth. You will be the primary point of contact for these partners, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Vanta.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT channel landscape and experience working with IT Service Providers. A background in operations, with a demonstrated ability to create and organize business processes and systems, will be highly beneficial in establishing efficient and scalable partner programs. Furthermore, a forward-thinking mindset, open to leveraging AI to enhance productivity and effectiveness, is highly encouraged. This includes demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
• • This role requires a highly driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will need to be an excellent cross-functional team player, capable of executing independently while also contributing to broader strategic initiatives. A customer-focused approach is paramount, ensuring that both our partners and their end-customers have a positive and successful experience with Vanta.
• • The position is based in either our Dublin or London office, operating on an office-centric hybrid schedule. This means you will be expected to work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility of working remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
