  • • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for a portfolio of no more than seven SMB B2B clients, with a focus on generating SQLs and customers using Directive’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
  • • Execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to consistently exceed client SQL targets.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication, strategic pitching, and proactive performance reporting.
  • • Project manage all client initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client goals across internal teams and external vendors.
  • • Apply deep technical expertise in SaaS marketing to design data-driven strategies that prioritize measurable outcomes over vanity metrics like MQLs.
  • • Analyze campaign performance using proprietary and third-party analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine demand generation offerings tailored to the unique needs of B2B technology companies.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, and proactively integrate innovations into client campaigns to improve efficiency and results.
  • • Demonstrate strong T-shaped marketing skills with deep specialization in Paid, SEO, and CRO, complemented by broad understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.
  • • Deliver creative, results-oriented marketing solutions that align with client brand positioning while driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions, including virtual meetings, written communication, and strategic presentations.
  • • Operate independently as a high-impact individual contributor with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of client success and performance outcomes.
  • • Utilize digital collaboration tools including Zoom, Slack, and productivity platforms to coordinate work, share insights, and maintain alignment with team members across remote locations.
  • • Adhere to company standards for remote work, including reliable internet access, professional workspace, and availability during core collaboration hours.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Directive’s demand generation framework by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices from client engagements.
  • • Participate in company-wide initiatives focused on innovation, client satisfaction, and operational excellence within the performance marketing space.

  • • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
  • • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • • Brilliant strategist and a truly T-shaped marketer
  • • World-class project manager who knows how to get things done on time and below cost
  • • Availability to travel
