- • Drive new business growth by building and managing a sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives, including making introductions, scheduling demos, and leading customer-first outreach campaigns.
- • Engage new and existing leads through personalized, creative outreach that builds credibility and excitement for Fieldguide’s AI platform, using real business cases to demonstrate value, ROI, and impact during phone or Zoom conversations.
- • Develop deep expertise in the Fieldguide platform, staying current on product roadmap updates, industry trends in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate with prospects.
- • Continuously refine the sales playbook by learning nuances of different service lines and buyer personas, contributing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of outreach strategies.
- • Coordinate seamless handoffs with Account Executives to ensure every demo call is properly prepared and sets the stage for successful next steps in the sales process.
- • Conduct cold calling and navigate objection handling with confidence, maintaining professionalism and emotional intelligence during challenging conversations.
- • Stay highly organized using productivity tools and spreadsheets to track activity, manage pipeline data, and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- • Research prospects thoroughly to tailor outreach, ask thoughtful questions, and build genuine relationships rooted in curiosity and trust rather than transactional tactics.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where clarity, communication, and adaptability are essential to success.
- • Transition from fully remote work to a hybrid model as Fieldguide establishes its local Utah office and grows its regional hub in Salt Lake City.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven sales environment
- • Strong relationship-building skills with a research-driven, curious, and emotionally intelligent approach to sales
- • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and confidently engage prospects over phone or video
