  • • Generate new enterprise leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting targeting companies in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers in Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • • Utilize HubSpot CRM and other sales tools (SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless) to track pipeline, manage prospect data, and report on sales performance.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to align outreach strategies with client needs and product capabilities.
  • • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless handoff to account executives.
  • • Conduct outbound sales activities during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to align with target markets and internal team schedules.
  • • Demonstrate high ethical standards, transparency, and professionalism in all customer interactions to uphold the company’s mission of data privacy and trust.
  • • Proactively contribute to team culture by providing feedback, sharing insights, and participating in company initiatives.
  • • Adapt quickly to changes in sales strategy, product updates, and market conditions within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • • Continuously develop knowledge of data privacy governance, AI-driven compliance platforms, and enterprise SaaS sales cycles to improve conversion rates.
  • • Represent the company as a trusted point of contact for initial prospect engagement, setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • • Leverage persuasive communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure meeting commitments from busy enterprise buyers.
  • • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on company size, industry, and regulatory exposure to maximize outreach efficiency.
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for daily and weekly activity and outcome metrics.
  • • Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on advancing data protection legislation and preserving individual privacy rights globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
  • • 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience as a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
  • • Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach to US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand companies
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)
