- • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of no more than seven SMB clients in the SaaS marketplace.
- • Drive measurable client outcomes through deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, ensuring campaigns exceed performance targets.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through poise, confidence, and empathy.
- • Pitch and present marketing strategies to clients, translating data-driven insights into compelling narratives that guide decision-making.
- • Project manage all client initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and cross-functional coordination.
- • Maintain deep technical knowledge of performance marketing channels specific to B2B SaaS companies, including platform-specific optimizations and attribution modeling.
- • Actively monitor and adapt to evolving industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI.
- • Collaborate across Directive’s three divisions—Performance, Communications, and Commerce—to leverage shared intelligence and align brand and demand strategies via DiscoverabilityOS™.
- • Deliver creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that make bold brands impossible to ignore, with a focus on revenue-driven outcomes.
- • Operate 100% remotely from a home office with reliable internet access, using Zoom, Slack, and standard office productivity tools.
- • Maintain professional communication standards and remain stationary for extended periods while managing client accounts and virtual meetings.
- • Travel as required for client meetings, team events, or company retreats.
- • Contribute to a remote-first culture by actively participating in virtual collaboration, feedback loops, and team-building initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- • Deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO within the SaaS marketplace
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results as an individual contributor
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and below budget
- • Availability to travel
