📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer on the Platform Productivity squad at Grafana Labs, you will help internal engineers build, deploy, and run their workloads by developing and maintaining the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP), CI/CD systems, and automation tooling that enable secure, measurable, and efficient software delivery across the organization.
• • Day to day, you will respond to incidents, integrate existing systems, design and implement new tooling, work with Infrastructure as Code (including Terraform/Crossplane and Tanka), collaborate with diverse internal teams (application development, security, support), participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to roadmap planning and system sunsetting decisions using Go, shell scripts, and AI-assisted development tools within security guidelines.
