📋 Description

• As a (Sr.) Java Engineer on the Matching Engine Team at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure that powers BTSE’s global fintech and blockchain platforms, directly enabling secure and efficient trading for retail and institutional clients worldwide.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and optimize Java-based components of the matching engine, collaborate with crypto backend, PJM, and PDM teams to integrate new features, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to system scalability and reliability under high-throughput conditions.
• You will join a dedicated, diverse, and innovative team within BTSE Group, a leading global fintech and blockchain pioneer known for setting industry benchmarks in trading technology, performance, and security, operating across B2C and B2B markets with a culture that values technical excellence and career growth.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in high-frequency trading systems, gain hands-on experience with blockchain-integrated financial platforms, and achieve measurable impact by contributing to cutting-edge products that serve global markets, positioning you for advancement in fintech engineering leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java programming with experience in building high-performance, low-latency systems
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and concurrent data structures
• Familiarity with financial trading systems, matching engines, or order book technologies
• Knowledge of networking protocols and socket programming
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Experience working in collaborative Agile/Scrum environments
