- • Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategies from initial planning through hands-on execution across the United Kingdom and beyond.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
- • Help establish A1’s operational presence by onboarding vendors, setting up infrastructure, and designing the company’s first operating systems.
- • Drive external positioning through support of PR initiatives, partnership development, and key relationship building with external stakeholders.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- • Act as a central operator across all functions, tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and minimal supervision.
- • Operate independently in environments with high ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information and delivering results under pressure.
- • Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently following through on commitments and delivering on time-critical tasks.
- • Contribute to shaping the company’s culture and operational norms as an early team member.
- • Balance rapid execution with quality, ensuring deliverables meet the high standards expected of a world-class startup team.
- • Participate in interview processes and evaluations alongside founding team members to identify candidates aligned with the company’s values and standards.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs as the company scales from early stage to growth phase.
- • Represent A1 in external engagements, including vendor negotiations, partnership discussions, and public-facing communications.
- • Maintain detailed tracking of key initiatives and ensure accountability across all operational areas.
- • Contribute to the development of systems and processes that enable scalability and long-term reliability of the company’s operations.
