- • As a RevOps Architect at Nimbly, Inc., you will lead the end-to-end design of revenue systems and data flows across the GTM stack, helping high-growth companies drive more revenue by creating frictionless, human buying experiences and operationally efficient organizations.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will guide executives and stakeholders by presenting architectural options tied to KPIs, document reference architectures and phased workstream plans, design Clay workflows for prospecting and enrichment, contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, mentor consultants and analysts, and manage senior client relationships through workshops and decision forums.
- • You will join Go Nimbly’s Delivery team, a fully remote organization committed to being a global thought leader in RevOps by building innovative solutions through growth-minded individuals who pride themselves on creating the world’s best revenue operators.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Clay and RevOps architecture, gain exposure to high-growth B2B companies, develop executive influence and presentation skills, and advance your career through dedicated development paths and mentorship opportunities within a dynamic, high-performing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops with 5+ years consulting or ownership of multi-system architecture in high-growth B2B
- • Hands-on proficiency in Clay for automating prospecting workflows, data enrichment, web scraping, AI/LLM fields, and lead qualification at scale
- • Experience integrating Clay with Salesforce & HubSpot (object model, flows/automation, dedupe/routing, validation rules); experience with webhooks/APIs/middleware
- • Ability to create and optimize data workflows and data contracts using Clay’s enrichment APIs and normalization rules; enforce governance and observability (usage, error handling, data drift alerts)
- • Understanding of data hygiene and normalization best practices within Clay; proven playbooks to operationalize enriched data across GTM processes (scoring, routing, attribution, sequences)
- • Experience with configuration of Salesforce (declarative + design for scale; Apex familiarity a plus) and working knowledge of MAPs (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot)
