• • The Site Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of clinical trial agreements, directly supporting Syneos Health’s mission to accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading multi-country contract negotiations, preparing and reviewing site-specific contracts and budgets, managing contract execution and archival, coordinating with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams, and mentoring junior staff on SOPs and contract management best practices.
