- • Supervise and lead teams of SDRs, BDRs, and Appointment Setters to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.
- • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance follow-ups, and formal evaluations to drive individual and team improvement.
- • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop actionable plans to enhance team efficiency and sales outcomes.
- • Manage escalations from the sales team and provide direct support in resolving complex customer or operational challenges.
- • Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new sales talent.
- • Oversee onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing team members to ensure rapid ramp-up and sustained performance.
- • Maintain a results-driven culture by aligning team activities with company-wide sales objectives and metrics.
- • Communicate clearly and consistently across teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance expectations.
- • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment through continuous feedback, recognition, and professional development.
- • Work within a fully remote structure, coordinating across time zones with a focus on productivity and accountability.
- • Maintain accurate records of team performance, coaching notes, and development plans in alignment with company systems.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving sales strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Ensure all team activities comply with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical standards.
- • Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
- • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across all levels of the sales team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or commercial team leader
- • Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or appointment setting
- • Experience managing KPIs and team performance metrics
- • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
- • Proven coaching, leadership, and talent development skills
- • Ability to thrive in dynamic, results-oriented environments
