- • Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across a range of mental health conditions via telehealth using Array’s HIPAA-compliant platform
- • Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders using evidence-based practices while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and optimize long-term outcomes
- • Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with Array’s electronic health record protocols
- • Deliver compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care from a private, secure, and confidential workspace compliant with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
- • Work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with opportunities to expand caseload and hours to 30+ hours per week for full benefits eligibility
- • Engage with clinical and administrative leaders who provide ongoing support, supervision, and professional development resources
- • Participate in corporate wellness programs, mental health resources, and affinity groups designed to promote balance, belonging, and professional growth
- • Leverage Array’s operational infrastructure to focus exclusively on clinical care without administrative or logistical burdens

- • Utilize Array’s in-house CE course options and annual credit amount to meet continuing education requirements
- • Contribute to Array’s clinically validated telehealth model proven to deliver strong, sustained patient improvement across varying acuity levels
- • Maintain active licensure in Texas and comply with all state-specific regulatory and scope-of-practice requirements for psychiatric nurse practitioners
- • Operate independently with no provisional or supervised licensure status, exercising full clinical autonomy within the scope of practice
- • Interface with a national network of peer clinicians to share best practices, receive feedback, and foster professional community
- • Uphold Array’s commitment to ethical, equitable, and accessible mental health care delivered remotely to underserved populations
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in Texas
- • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- • 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- • Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- • A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
- • Willingness to comply with HIPAA and state-specific telehealth regulations
